As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis is currently serving a six year prison sentence for attempting to hire a hit man to kill his ex-wife but he’s working to secure a large pay cheque once he’s out, suing a medical team for $35 million.
In documents obtained by Loudwire, Lambesis claims that he was denied medication by the Calfornian team after he was jailed in 2014.
Lambesis claims, “a nurse, doctor, and psychiatrist at the San Diego County Sheriff Department’s Vista Detention Facility and George F. Bailey Detention Facility acted with deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs in May and June 2014 by denying him medication which had been prescribed for him prior to his incarceration.”
Here comes the clincher though. It’s further been reported that the medication is anastrozole which is used to treat the side effects of withdrawals from anabolic steroids.
He was denied the medication for 10 days and therefore he suffered “exponential terror” as he “contemplated the very potential of my suffering male breast development.”
He reportedly now suffers from gynecomastia which literally means “enlargement of a man’s breasts”.
His medical negligence claim is due to go to trial on August 8, 2017.
