Help Musicians UK and PledgeMusic UK have opened Round 3 of their Emerging Artists Fund 2017 and are now welcoming applications.
The scheme is open to UK-based emerging artists (individual or band) of any genre, who don’t already have significant financial backing from a record label or publisher.
You should be at, or approaching, a career tipping point, with a growing buzz around you, demonstrable live experience and an engaged fan base.
Up to eight artists will be chosen to receive funding and support from both organisations.
To apply, you need to submit a short proposal setting out what the additional funding would enable you to do and why it would make a crucial difference to your career plans.
The panel will assess this alongside information about the applicant, their music and the viability of running a successful pledge campaign.
Apply now via emergingartistsfund.com. The deadline for submissions is 31 July.
