As is frequently the case with big name acts making the trip down under, their tour is going to be limited to three exclusive east-coast dates – seeing the duo take in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne only.
Unsurprisingly, those living outside those cities are crying foul – with fans from Adelaide, Perth, as well as some from across the ditch in New Zealand trying to convince the boys on Facebook that they should expand the tour.
But one fan from Perth isn’t just stopping there, starting a change.org petition to bring Porter and Madeon to his home city. The petition, started by ‘Rorter Porrison,’ says “After selling out Metro City in July 2015 it’s clear that the fan base exists in Perth. Lets show Porter and Madeon how much we want them to bring the Shelter Tour to Perth!!”
Robinson was last here in 2015, bring his monumental Worlds tour to Splendour In The Grass and playing a bunch of sold-out sideshows, but on this occasion seems unlikely that he and Madeon will expand the tour.
