Melbourne rockers and fans of a good ol’ cover, Kingswood, have made their triumphant return to triple j‘s Like A Version segment with an epic cover of the Destiny’s Child classic ‘Say My Name’.

Kingswood’s take on Beyoncé, LeToya, LaTavia and Kelly’s huge 1999 track is packing some impressive big-band vibes, with layers of vocal harmoies, guitars, horns and (of course) a ripping guitar solo.

While in the triple j studios, Kingswood also performed their original track ‘Golden’, from their latest album After Hours, Close To Dawn. Watch both of their performances, below.

Yesterday, Kingswood announced another national tour for later this year, even they though haven’t finished their current tour of the country. The band are also preparing to perform sets at Splendour In The Grass and Caloundra Music Festival.
