Noted Fellowship, which supports young creatives working within the classical music sector, is seeking a new talent to join its mentorship scheme.
The fellowship is welcoming applications from ‘cutting edge thinkers’ who can reinvigorate the classical music world with their projects and ideas.
The role is not necessarily for a music-maker, but a young creative talent who knows classical inside out and wants to make a difference to how the genre is perceived and consumed.
Applicants must be aged between 22 and 35 and live in either the UK or Germany. They must have a secure idea for a project and need extra help to realise their goal.
The chosen projects will be supported by a grant of €5,000 and will receive expert mentorship from a raft of industry insiders.
The application process contains three rounds, the first kicking off in October 2017. For more info, and to apply, please see http://www.wearenoted.com/
We Are Noted was founded in 2015 by Kathleen Alder, founder of Wildkat PR. Expert mentors involved include Ulf Werner (director of orchestra and programme at Konzerthaus Berlin), Rebecca Allen (president of Decca Records Group UK), Matthias Röder (managing director, Karajan Institute) and Bernhard Kerres (Hello Stage chief executive).
